Comprehensive Palliative Nursing Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to provide palliative nursing care across various settings. As a dedicated Registered Nurse, you will work collaboratively with an experienced team to provide coordinated and compassionate care that supports patients and their families through end-of-life care.

You will be responsible for caring for inpatients referred to the consultation service, clients at home or in residential aged care facilities (RACFs), and supporting intake and triage functions.

The role offers a chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and their families during their most vulnerable moments.

About the Role
  • Provide comprehensive palliative nursing care across acute, community, and residential aged care settings.
  • Care for patients in need of specialist palliative care services.
About You
  • Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
  • A current Australian Driver's Licence and willingness to travel locally.
  • Dedication to team-based, trauma-informed, and culturally safe care.
  • Experience in palliative care or a passion for delivering compassionate care.
