Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Support Workers to join our team in providing high-quality in-home support services to valued customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Personal care: showering, dressing, grooming, and medication assistance
  • Social support/transportation for social activities, shopping/groceries, travelling to medical appointments
  • Domestic assistance: light household cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Supporting customers in the use of aids and personal equipment
  • Monitoring the well-being of customers and reporting on their progress
About You:
  • Good interpersonal skills and written/verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport and good working relationships
  • Comfortable using technology for accessing rosters and recording customer notes/feedback
Requirements:
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or ability to obtain
  • Current First Aid certificate/CPR
  • Current Australian Drivers License
  • Reliable, registered, and insured vehicle
  • Smart phone with internet access
  • Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Home & Community Care, Individual Support or Disability Services (preferred)
