Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Specialist to join our team in the field.

As a Field Service Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and technical expertise to customers across Australia. You will work independently and as part of a team to resolve complex issues and deliver timely and high-quality results.

  • You will have extensive experience with copper and fibre network assurance fault finding and installs.
  • You will possess a strong understanding of telecommunications principles and technologies.
