About the Role

  • The Supply Chain team focuses on delivering greater value to customers, suppliers, and projects by introducing Business Manager roles that report directly to the General Manager.
  • As a Business Manager, you will act as a critical link between suppliers and projects, leveraging extensive experience in business operations to expedite category strategy implementation.
  • These roles aim to drive value creation, champion change, and foster collaboration through clear communication, commercial acumen, and a deep understanding of business needs aligned with long-term goals.

Your Profile

  • You should have prior hands-on experience in operations at a senior level or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated expertise in complex cost reduction, transformation programs, and analytical skills with a solid understanding of financial principles in procurement, supply chain management, and contracts.
  • Proven ability to think strategically, translate vision into actionable plans, overcome objections, and engage stakeholders in strategic initiatives.
  • Experience with change management and aligning strategies with organizational objectives.
  • A high level of commercial acumen, promoting a collaborative culture.
