Leadership and Operations Director

The role of Leadership and Operations Director is pivotal in the delivery of strategic operational leadership and day-to-day management of the centre.

Main Responsibilities
  • Fostering a high-performing team to ensure efficient delivery of services that support academic staff, researchers, and students.
  • Providing high-level strategic and operational advice to align with faculty and university priorities.
  • Overseeing staff, budget, facilities, and resources while maintaining effective governance, financial accountability, and operational efficiency.
  • Cultivating strong relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders, research partners, and funding bodies.
Requirements
  • A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience gained through education, training, and experience.
  • Proven experience in research management and administration.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a team, with a commitment to staff development and driving continuous improvement.
