Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Contract Administrator to oversee contract preparation, negotiation, execution, and monitoring.

  • Oversight of contract administration processes including preparation, negotiation, execution, and monitoring.
  • Collaboration with project managers and legal teams to ensure contractual obligations and deadlines are met.
  • Maintenance of accurate records and documentation to support contract administration.
  • Support in resolving contract-related issues and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Contract Administration within building construction.
  • Desirable: experience working on defence projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.
