Job Title: Project Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to assist in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects.

  • Assist project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, and project plans.
  • Monitor project timelines, budget, and resources to ensure project objectives are met.
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Travel to regional areas is required.
  • Basic understanding of construction project management principles, methodologies, and industry practices.
  • Experience in Defence, Education, Health, and Commercial Projects.
  • Proven experience working on projects from $1m - $50m.
  • Demonstrated experience or exposure to construction sites.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to take initiative and solve problems independently.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate project schedules, track progress, and report project status to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, document minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Support procurement activities, source materials, obtain quotes, and manage supplier relationships.
