Project Manager - Perth (Garden Island)We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to deliver a defence project based at Garden Island, Perth.
This role will play a key part in ensuring the successful execution of project deliverables across time, cost, quality, and safety, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end delivery of commercial construction projects valued from $5 M-$20 MCoordinate planning, procurement, delivery, and project close-out Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders Support and coordinate project teams to ensure collaborative and effective project delivery Monitor and manage project budgets, forecasts, and progress reporting Ensure compliance with all HSEQ requirements throughout the project lifecycle Navigate complex operational environments, often within live or sensitive sites Promote and reflect Barpa's Blueprint values and commitment to Indigenous engagement About You Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field5+ years of experience delivering commercial construction projects over $5 MExcellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills Solid commercial awareness and focus on project efficiency and value Competent in MS Project and the Microsoft Office Suite Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and environmental standards Experience on Defence or Government projects will be highly regarded Benefits and perks: Access to our EAP (Employee Assistance Program)Excellent Leave Polices that include purchased Annual Leave, Work Life Balance Days, Community Days and generous Parental Leave scheme Collaborative and values-based workplace culture Sporting and Social events Professional Memberships Discounts on Travel, Retail and Health*Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islanders and Veterans are encouraged to apply*Recruiters, please note we are not engaging agency support for this role and do not accept unsolicited resumes.
