Law Enforcement Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our law enforcement team. As a Sheriff's Officer, you will play a critical role in maintaining public safety and upholding the law.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Enforcing warrants and court orders
  • Making individuals accountable for unpaid fines
  • Collecting debts resulting from VCAT hearings
  • Addressing situations involving individuals who have failed to appear in court

Each day brings new challenges and experiences, with most of the work taking place outdoors. You can expect to work varying shifts, including early starts, late finishes, and occasional night shifts.

This role offers an excellent work-life balance, with an eight-day fortnight schedule allowing for a four-day weekend every second week. You will work either day or afternoon shifts, covering operational hours from 7am to 9:30pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Locations: Our team may be based across multiple state-wide locations in Melbourne and regional Victoria.
