Job Description

As a Contracts Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the administration of contracts related to commercial projects. Your role will involve preparing and collating tender documentation, evaluating subcontractor packages, and negotiating subcontracts.

You will also be responsible for tracking project expenditure, managing RFIs, and administering the project HSE system.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator in Australia
  • Fit out and refurbishment experience is preferred
  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Construction Management
  • Procore experience is highly preferred
  • Demonstrated experience delivering commercial projects across NSW
  • Knowledge of the NSW construction market and subcontractors
  • Strong attention to detail and proven communication skills
