The role of a Contracts Administrator is an exciting opportunity in commercial project management.

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contracts Administrator to take on the following responsibilities:

  • Preparing, collating and evaluating tender documentation (including award)
  • Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules
  • Progress claim assistance and external variations
  • Review, negotiation and finalisation of subcontracts
  • Management and tracking of project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claims
  • Administration of RFIs to clients, architects and consultants
  • Administration of the project HSE system

To be considered for this position, you will require:

  • A minimum of three years' experience as a Contracts Administrator for a Head Contractor in Australia
  • Prior experience in fit-out and refurbishment projects is preferred
  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Construction Management
  • Proficiency in Procore is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated experience delivering commercial projects across NSW
  • Knowledge of the NSW construction market and subcontractors
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
