Commercial Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contracts Administrator to join our team in the delivery of commercial projects across Sydney.
The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from concept through to completion, and will be responsible for preparing tender documentation, evaluating awards, and managing project expenditure.
This is an excellent chance for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to develop their skills and progress their career in a dynamic and growing industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Preparation of tender documentation and evaluation of awards
- Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, and procurement schedules
- Assistance with progress claims and external variations
- Review, negotiation, and finalisation of subcontracts
- Management and tracking of project expenditure
- Administration of RFIs to clients, architects, and consultants
- Administration of the project HSE system
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator for a Head Contractor in Australia
- Fitness for duty and strong attention to detail
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Construction Management
- Demonstrated experience delivering Commercial projects across NSW
- Knowledge of the NSW construction market and subcontractors
