Key Commercial Role

This is a high-impact position that involves building and leading the end-to-end tendering function across commercial divisions, targeting contracts with government departments, educational institutions, and corporate customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing pricing models and commercial strategies aligned with business profitability targets.

They will also ensure all responses meet compliance, legal, and submission requirements.

Additionally, they will track tender outcomes, report on performance, and implement improvements to increase win rates.

  • University Degree qualified in a relevant field (Commerce, Business, or similar).
  • Experience in commercial sales, business development, or account management.
  • Experience in government or B2B procurement processes – tender experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong coordination and stakeholder engagement skills.
