Key Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic and commercially savvy professional to lead our end-to-end tendering function across the commercial division.

This is a high-impact role that requires a motivated individual with excellent coordination and stakeholder engagement skills, as well as a sharp attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and leading the tendering capability from the ground up, identifying and pursuing procurement opportunities, and coordinating the preparation of responses for RFQs and RFPs.

They will also develop pricing models and commercial strategies aligned to business profitability targets, ensure all responses meet compliance and legal requirements, and manage internal workflows and documentation to ensure timely and accurate submissions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in government or B2B procurement processes, tender experience, and excellent communication skills.

They will work closely with other departments to support commercial outcomes and represent the company at industry briefings, supplier events, and tender presentations when required.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be comfortable developing pricing models and commercial strategies aligned with profitability targets, adept at tracking and analyzing performance data to inform future tendering strategies, and skilled in preparing high-quality tender responses.
