Job Description:Role Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Lead will lead our recruitment functions nationally, driving exceptional hiring outcomes and a positive candidate experience. This role presents an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced friendly environment and has the imagination and can-do attitude to find new possibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Motivate a team of four to maintain consistent service delivery, exceptional hiring outcomes, and a positive candidate experience. Provide development for value-add and career progression.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships up and down the company, key partners, and suppliers. Deliver exceptional candidate care.
  • Lead strategic TA initiatives, including our Graduate program and Innovate Reconciliation Plan actions.
  • Facilitate career growth and internal movements to support employee retention and development.
  • Collaborate with executive leaders on high-impact, strategic hiring initiatives.
  • Champion continuous improvements across all aspects of the TA lifecycle.
  • Utilize EVP branding and diverse channels to build talent pipelines and attract high-calibre candidates to Adbri.
  • Drive Adbri's DEI goals by implementing inclusive TA strategies that contribute to a diverse and welcoming workforce.
  • Provide meaningful reporting and metrics to support informed business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Possession of passion and expertise in Talent Acquisition, business partnering, relationship building, candidate care, and team leadership.
  • Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and a focus on results to guide a high-performing team.
  • Proven organizational abilities, high attention to detail, and capacity.
  • A proactive, team-oriented approach and an inquisitive mindset.
  • Experience in managing Candidate Management Systems.
What We Offer:

At Adbri, we offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Our benefits package includes opportunities for professional growth and development, flexible working arrangements, and a supportive work environment.
