Adbri, a leading Australian construction materials provider, is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to drive its national recruitment functions.

About the Role:

  • We are looking for an accomplished Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager to lead our recruitment functions nationally.
  • The ideal candidate will have exceptional team leadership skills, strong stakeholder engagement abilities, and experience in strategic project leadership.

Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership & Operations: Motivate a team of four to maintain consistent service delivery, exceptional hiring outcomes, and a positive candidate experience.
  2. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong, trusted relationships up and down the company, key partners, and suppliers.
  3. Project Leadership: Lead strategic TA initiatives, including our Graduate program and Innovate Reconciliation Plan actions.
  4. Internal Progression & Talent Management: Facilitate career growth and internal movements to support employee retention and development.
  5. Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with executive leaders on high-impact, strategic hiring initiatives.
  6. Process Improvement: Champion continuous improvements across all aspects of the TA lifecycle.
  7. Diverse Talent Sourcing and Marketing: Utilize EVP branding and diverse channels to build talent pipelines and attract high-calibre candidates to Adbri.
  8. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): Drive Adbri's DEI goals by implementing inclusive TA strategies that contribute to a diverse and welcoming workforce.
  9. Data-Driven Decisions: Provide meaningful reporting and metrics to support informed business decisions.

  • Collaborative Spirit: A proactive, team-oriented approach and an inquisitive mindset.
  • Systems Proficiency: Experience in managing Candidate Management Systems.
