About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Talent Acquisitions Manager to join our team at Babcock International Group. As a key member of our talent acquisition strategy, you will be responsible for co-designing and implementing sourcing strategies that attract top talent for our new joint venture.

What You'll Be Doing

  • You will work closely with the Head of Talent and Experience to develop an Employer Value Proposition (EVP) that showcases our company culture and benefits.
  • Market mapping niche talent pools to identify potential candidates and build relationships with them.
  • Design and implement effective recruitment processes to ensure we attract and engage the best candidates.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our business needs and industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Your Background

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Proven experience in talent acquisition and strategic planning.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.Knowledge of recruitment software and technology.
