Field Service Electrician Role

Conducting preventative and reactive maintenance for Getinge equipment at customer sites is a key responsibility of this position. Building strong relationships with customers and supporting other Field Service Engineers as needed are also crucial tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the installation of capital equipment;
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues to ensure they are fully functional, enabling customers to continue operations;
  • Liaise with the Service Co-ordination team before attending customer sites to prepare for resolving issues;
  • Complete service documentation via a mobile device.
Requirements
  • A valid electrical licence (mandatory);
  • Mechanical aptitude;
  • A valid driver's licence;
  • Previous experience as a field service engineer or technician, preferably in MedTech;
  • Proven record of exceeding expectations;
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and within a team.
