Job Description Summary

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Field Manager to join our Wireless SMR team in Sydney
About the Role

Nature of position: Permanent, Full Time

Location: Field based role in Sydney

Reporting Line: Program Manager - Build

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise external subcontractors to ensure compliance to company safety, quality and contractual standards
- Monitor the ongoing performance of subcontractors
- Work closely with Project Engineers to coordinate start dates, site inductions, inspections and material delivery to sites
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with project stakeholders
- Conduct Field Safety, Environmental and Quality Control audits
- Supervise all civil construction elements
- Maintain WH&S records ensuring the correct compliance and completion
- Manage works to project timeframes and specifications

Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated experience in a project environment within the telecommunications sector
- Strong understanding of the civil construction, technical installation and integrations activities associated with the rollout of telecommunications networks
- Proven understanding of HSE processes
- Experience in base station deployment and commissioning is highly advantageous
- Relevant technical qualifications, ideally in constructions or telecommunications are highly regarded
- High Risk Licence (DG, rigging, RB,RI,RA,EWP over 11m) are highly regarded
- Strong knowledge of EWP, Cranes & traffic management is advantageous
- Prior experience working with live networks and complex network arrangements is advantageous
- Current RF-EME awareness training, White card and First aid certificate
