Field Service Engineer - Infection Control

We are seeking a self-motivated and passionate Field Service Electrician to join our NSW Service Team in Coffs Harbour or Newcastle.

About the Role

You will be responsible for conducting Preventative and Reactive Maintenance for Getinge equipment at customer sites, creating and maintaining strong customer relationships, and supporting other Getinge Field Service Engineers as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting installations of capital equipment;
  • Troubleshooting equipment issues to ensure they are fully functional, enabling customers to continue operations;
  • Liaising with the Service Co-ordination team before attending customer sites to prepare for resolving issues;
  • Completing Service Documentation via a mobile device.
Requirements

We seek candidates who enjoy teamwork, thrive in dynamic roles, and want to make a difference.

  • Restricted or full Electrical licence (Mandatory)
  • Mechanical aptitude;
  • A valid Driver's Licence;
  • Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer or Technician, preferably in MedTech;
  • A proven record of going above and beyond;
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills;
  • The ability to work under pressure and within a team.
