About the Role

This role involves working closely with service teams and the Service Manager to provide technical support to customers. As a Field Service Technician, you will be part of a team responsible for on-site installations, repairs, and maintenance.


You will be required to diagnose errors or technical problems and resolve proper solutions, delivering customer service that exceeds expectations in line with our service initiatives.


Key Responsibilities
  • Ability to run day-to-day activities, including scheduling tasks, PM, and break-fix calls.
  • Performing equipment upgrades, modifications, and game changes to gaming equipment at customer sites, including when venues are closed to the public.
  • Installation and removal of all gaming equipment.
  • Investigating and resolving problems, including complex system faults, and performing repair work as required.
  • Routine Preventive Maintenance.
  • Performing for our contracted assignment and customer expectations.

Reporting Requirements
  • Ensuring we gather all activities as per our requirements.
  • Responsible for ensuring all parts are recorded and returned within our SLAs.
  • Ensuring the use of our reporting tools – all tools to be updated as per our process and expectation in real-time with 100% accuracy.
  • Delivering and reporting to requests from other departments within our organization.

  • That accident/incident/near miss processes are followed, and investigations are conducted as required.
