You will play a key role in delivering an amazing client experience, scheduling appointments, and managing day-to-day operations.
- Welcome clients and manage their experience for optimal outcomes
- Schedule and confirm appointments for clients
- Provide administrative support to clinicians
- Manage clinic phone line and shared email inbox
- Billing and payment management
- Software and application skills development
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles or administration
