Your Role

You will play a vital role in our business, providing outstanding service to our elderly clientele and helping them manage their hearing health in this client-facing position. Comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided.

This is a permanent full-time position with a fixed roster between Monday and Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm. We're seeking someone who is eager to grow with us and build a long-term career.

Your Responsibilities

  • Greet our clients warmly and ensure they have an optimal experience.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for our clients efficiently.
  • Provide administrative support to our Clinicians (Audiologists/Audiometrists).
  • Effectively manage the day-to-day operations of our clinics, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Handle the clinic phone line and shared email inbox.
  • Billing our clients accurately and handling payments.
  • Learn and competently use a range of software and applications.

Your Qualifications

  • Prior experience in face-to-face customer service and/or administration roles.
  • A genuine passion for delivering an exceptional client experience.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Resilience, self-motivation, and plenty of energy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • The ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team.
  • A focus on results and achieving the best possible outcomes for both our clinic and our clients.
  • An interest in learning about features and basic repair/maintenance of hearing aids.
