OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Clinical Support Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome and engage with clients, ensuring their experience is optimal for achieving the best outcomes.
- Schedule appointments and confirm client commitments in a timely manner.
- Provide administrative support to our clinical team, including Audiologists and Audiometrists.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the clinic, including opening and closing procedures.
- Efficiently handle client inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate and helpful responses.
- Billing clients correctly and processing payments in a professional and courteous manner.
- Learn and proficiently use various software applications to streamline tasks and improve efficiency.
- Prior experience in face-to-face customer service or administration roles, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding client experiences and building strong relationships.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Resilience, self-motivation, and high energy levels, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities, with a focus on prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
