Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain high-performing agile product delivery teams, ensuring alignment with customer and stakeholder needs.
- Continuously identify improvement items to uplift quality and productivity, applying customer-centricity and design thinking tools.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Project Managers, customers, and stakeholders to define and refine features and user stories for the team backlog.
- Participate in team events, accept or reject work results, and provide feedback to ensure delivery of value and quality.
- Work with other Product Owners, Release Train Engineers, to coordinate dependencies, share best practices, and resolve issues across the agile release train and solution train.
- At least 10 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar lead role in a SAFe environment.
- Payments experience is a plus.
- Proficient in SAFe frameworks and methods, as well as Scrum, Kanban, and XP practices.
- Experience in defining and prioritizing team backlog, writing user stories, and accepting work results.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
