As part of ARN, the leading audio authority in Australia, you have a unique opportunity to shape the future of audio. With audio experiencing a boom, we are at the forefront of defining its trajectory. We are innovators, creating moments that resonate with people and drive engagement.

We are seeking an experienced Agency Account Director to join our high-performing Adelaide team on a 12-month contract. This role will represent all our audio channels nationally across broadcast, iHeart network, and podcasts to media agencies in the Adelaide market. The flexibility to work 5-4 days a week is available.

About the Opportunity:
  1. Represent ARN's interests to advertising agencies and national advertisers.
  2. Demonstrate a deep understanding of the media landscape, focusing on ARN's business, brand, and products – the ARN Audiosphere.
  3. Identify new business opportunities with clients within allocated agencies.
  4. Achieve sales targets and provide accurate revenue forecasting, developing strategies to meet quarterly objectives.
  5. Deliver exceptional presentation standards, both written and verbal.
  6. Attend sales, business, and training meetings as required.
  7. BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS AND INTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS.
About You:
  1. A proven track record in sales, preferably as an Account Manager in media sales.
  2. Demonstrated success in achieving performance-related goals or KPIs.
  3. Familiarity with Adelaide media agencies.
  4. Exceptional communication skills, enabling effective interaction with people at all levels internally and externally.
  5. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment as an inspirational team player.
  6. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  7. The capacity to work autonomously in a competitive sales environment.
