Strategic Consultant for Organizational Growth

As a senior professional in our organization, you will be responsible for shaping the future of work by delivering strategic advisory services to global clients. This role involves leading the growth of our BCM Consulting practice in Australia by combining deep consulting, transformation, and operational skills to build long-term value and a high-impact consulting presence.
Responsibilities
- Partner with regional and global clients to deliver Business Continuity Management (BCM) advisory services
- Lead the design and implementation of Target Operating Models and global process frameworks
- Manage consulting engagements across strategy, operations, and tactical execution to deliver measurable performance improvements
- Integrate digital technologies into core BCM solutions to enhance business resilience and continuity
- Develop and grow the consulting practice through business development, team mentorship, and IP creation
- Contribute to the domestic and global strategy of the BCM consulting practice through thought leadership and market development
- Owning client relationships, leading scope discussions, and delivering insight-driven, innovative solutions aligned with client needs
- Ensure process excellence through diagnostic assessments, process reengineering, organization design, and system implementation
- Represent the practice in public forums and drive the creation of thought-leading content and solution frameworks
Qualifications We Seek In You
Minimum Qualifications
- MBA preferred with years of relevant domain and consulting experience
- Prior experience in consulting, solutioning, project management, and client relationship management
- Global business acumen and strong understanding of industry and marketplace dynamics
- Ability to develop creative, practical solutions to complex project and transformation challenges
Preferred Qualifications/Skills
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
- Strong presentation and consultative selling capabilities
- Innovative and strategic thinker with strong business judgment
- Deep understanding of the BCM spectrum and transformation frameworks
- Experience in Global Business Services (GBS) and outsourcing advisory
- Proven ability to lead teams, mentor talent, and institutionalize best practices
- Strong personal efficiency, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills
