Seeking a forward-thinking Director to lead our Banking Advisory practice in Australia, delivering strategic solutions and driving growth for global clients.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced professional to design and implement Target Operating Models, end-state organizational models, and global process frameworks. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Business Continuity Management (BCM) advisory services, with a strong track record of managing consulting engagements across strategy, operations, and tactical execution.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and growing the consulting practice in Australia through business development, team mentorship, and IP creation. They will also contribute to the domestic and global strategy of the BCM consulting practice through thought leadership and market development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum Qualifications: MBA preferred with years of relevant domain and consulting experience
  • Prior experience in consulting, solutioning, project management, and client relationship management
  • Global business acumen and strong understanding of industry and marketplace dynamics
