As a strategic advisor, you will:

  • Partner with senior executives to tackle critical business challenges and shape organizational futures.
  • Work closely with colleagues on small, high-involvement teams to define problems and own key workstreams.
  • Use data-driven analysis to extract insights, then synthesize them into actionable recommendations.
  • Gain broad exposure across industries and sectors through engagements in Australia and internationally.
  • Develop rapidly through our hands-on approach, supported by structured training and development programs.

This is a hybrid role based in Sydney or Melbourne. Our flexible work arrangements can be adjusted to accommodate reduced hours.

Key Qualifications for Success
  • At least 2 years of experience in strategy consulting, business analysis, or corporate finance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior-level audiences effectively.
  • Ability to create clear, persuasive presentation materials.
  • A team player who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
