About the Position

This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team and contribute to shaping the future of organizational transformation. Our ideal candidate possesses exceptional project management skills, a commercial mindset, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships.

About You

We are seeking an experienced Change Management consultant with a passion for driving technology adoption and improving client outcomes. You should possess strong presentation skills, be comfortable working with data, and have experience in managing hybrid teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner onboarding and project delivery: Assist our strategic alliance partners in setting up their infrastructure and enablement routines.
  • Partner enablement: Co-create training and enablement plans to help partners build capability on our platform and prepare for project delivery.
  • Partner management: Support alliances in defining and managing joint alliance plans, including go-to-market strategies, product development, and project delivery.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in Business, Information Sciences, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in management consulting roles, preferably in human capital, talent, or Organisation Design consulting space.
  • Strong project management skills, commercial mindset, and ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships.
