We are seeking a skilled Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across all departments, facilitating and sustaining 5S, visual management, and workplace organisation standards.
- Develop and implement process improvements by partnering with engineering, production, and quality teams.
- Map and optimise process flows for products and documentation.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the success of continuous improvement initiatives.
To succeed in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, business, or a related field, and 2-4 years of experience in a continuous improvement or Lean role within a manufacturing environment. You should also have demonstrated experience applying Lean tools and strong knowledge of process flow, standard work, and problem-solving techniques. Experience working with cross-functional teams is highly valued.
