Senior Engineering Manager

The Senior Engineering Manager plays a pivotal role in driving and guiding the engineering team to achieve project goals, fostering a high-performance environment that promotes collaboration and technical excellence.

  • Partner with product managers to identify key objectives and provide strategic guidance on solutions.
  • Break down complex requirements into actionable deliverables, collaborating with senior engineers as needed to ensure seamless execution.
  • Lead developers through assigned tasks, prioritizing technical initiatives and ensuring effective use of resources.
  • Mentor and empower team members to enhance their skills and promote growth within the organization.
  • Contribute to process improvements, maintaining product quality and adhering to established standards.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive expertise in .NET technologies, emphasizing design principles and hands-on implementation (preferably 8+ years in software development).
  • Experience in managing engineering teams and/or leading projects, showcasing leadership potential.
  • Strong understanding of event-driven architectures, microservices, and domain-driven design principles.
  • Ability to establish and enforce coding standards and best practices.
  • Test-driven approach to software development, ensuring high-quality outputs.
