Program Coordinator for Innovation and Efficiency

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our program, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing innovative solutions to enhance our capability and promote Australian industry opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and delivering an implementation plan for innovations and efficiencies
  • Managing the program to identify opportunities that reduce total cost of ownership, enhance capability, and improve Australian industry capability
  • Conducting analysis and planning of innovation and efficiency opportunities, including cost modeling and performance modeling
  • Promoting the approval of innovation and efficiency opportunities with stakeholders
  • Collaborating with the capability enterprise to realise and promote collective innovation and efficiency opportunities
  • Reporting on the program's progress to stakeholders through regular reports

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree in a technical or business-related field
  • 3-5 years' experience in a technology or business-related field
  • Experience in a management position is beneficial
  • Experience from a position within an organisation involved with large-scale projects is desirable
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to deliver results in a high-pressure environment
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and build positive relationships at all levels of the business, clients, and partners
