Business Catalyst

The Business Catalyst plays a critical role in driving enterprise performance and improvement in a sustainable manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency, aligning with organizational strategy.
  • Collaborates with key stakeholders to create long-term and short-term financial and operational plans.
  • Monitors financial aspects of production and related costs, product costing, and operational KPIs.
  • Provides insights and analysis to support decision-making, identifies issues, and advises management on action plans.
  • Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Communicates effectively with internal stakeholders to deliver key messages and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 5-8+ years of experience in business operations, finance, accounting or equivalent education/experience combination.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a senior manager with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong business acumen, change management experience, and communication skills.
  • Strategic thinking to drive business growth.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/computer skills and Solid ERP knowledge/experience preferred.
