About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our organization, you will have the opportunity to work closely with executive leadership on high-impact projects in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Simplify Complex Business Data: Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative information to provide clear recommendations for decision-making.
  • Collaborate in Annual Planning: Ensure timely consideration of market trends, customer needs, and global benchmarks to define concrete business development objectives.
  • Ensure Accurate Information: Leverage existing data for informed decision-making and new opportunities.
  • Foster Collaboration: Establish specific objectives within the strategic plan with key stakeholders.
  • Evaluate Current Capabilities: Pinpoint critical issues and gaps necessary for successful implementation of the organization's initiatives.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years' experience in a global strategy consulting firm or a mix of management consulting and industry experience.
  • Energy Transition Expertise: Must have experience working on energy transition mandates, such as renewables, hydrogen, carbon capture and storage, etc.
  • Strategic Intelligence: Strong skills in strategic intelligence, business planning, financial valuation or modeling.
  • Leadership Skills: Highly motivated and driven, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build long-lasting client relationships.
