About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Administration Officer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the sales and admissions process runs smoothly, conducting tours, and proactively managing sales enquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the sales and admissions process
  • Conduct tours
  • Proactively manage sales enquiries
  • Build meaningful relationships with internal & external stakeholders
  • Maximise occupancy
  • Support the implementation of approved marketing events
  • Assisting with processing of fortnightly staff payroll
  • Accounts payable and receivable processing, petty cash and invoicing
  • Assisting with client services and general enquiries
  • Assistance with recruitment processes including drafting employment contracts
  • Reception and other administration duties where required
  • Managing team rosters and timesheets
