Role Summary
We are seeking a Showroom Sales Consultant - Estimator to enhance our team. Established in 1921, Lysaght is a manufacturer and marketer of steel building solutions that have significantly contributed to the Australian landscape, including both residential and commercial projects.
This role offers a unique blend of sales, design, and relationship-building with both individual homeowners and industry professionals.
Key Responsibilities
As a representative of BlueScope, you will provide expert guidance and design drafting. Your role will involve a combination of in-person sales and customer service, engaging with builders, tradespeople, and DIY enthusiasts. Your responsibilities will include:
- Evaluating plans and specifications to determine material requirements, utilizing our internal CAD system for design and quotation generation.
- Assisting clients in their purchasing decisions by identifying their needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Collaborating with various internal teams, including transport, warehouse, and sales, to ensure that customer expectations regarding product specifications, packaging, and delivery timelines are met.
- Engaging with clients in the showroom, ensuring a professional and welcoming sales experience.
