Your Role

As an Assistant Manager of our store in Coffs Harbour, you will oversee day-to-day operations and report directly to the Retail Business Leader (Store Manager). You will be responsible for enhancing operational efficiency, managing staff schedules, and optimizing business costs. Your domain includes the showroom and warehouse, where you will concentrate on team training, equipping them with the tools and resources needed to excel. Your leadership style sets the example, fostering a positive and high-performing team culture that prioritizes safety, creating an exceptional workplace for both employees and customers alike.
