The Opportunity

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Coffs Harbour team as a Showroom Sales Consultant - Estimator. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and drafting designs to meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyzing plans and specifications to prepare estimates and material requirements using our internal CAD system
  • Assisting customers with their purchasing decisions by identifying their needs and wants and suggesting suitable options
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure customer expectations and requirements are met
  • Interacting with customers over the phone, face-to-face, and via email to manage quotes and queries
  • Meeting and greeting clients in the showroom, providing a professional sales experience

Requirements

  • Experience working in a customer service/sales environment
  • High attention to detail and ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously
  • A strong customer focus with the ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently
  • A willingness to grow, learn, and develop yourself
  • Demonstrated computer competency using estimating software or similar
