About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Consultant - Estimator to join our Coffs Harbour team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and drafting designs to our customers.

This is a unique opportunity to combine your sales and design skills to deliver innovative solutions to our customers. You will work closely with our internal stakeholders to ensure customer expectations are met, and you will be passionate about our products and use your knowledge to provide customized solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyzing plans and specifications to prepare estimates and material requirements using our internal CAD system
  • Assisting customers with their purchasing decisions by identifying their needs and wants and suggesting suitable options
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure customer expectations and requirements are met
  • Interacting with internal and external stakeholders over the phone, face-to-face, and email to manage quotes and queries
  • Meeting and greeting clients in the showroom to provide a professional sales experience

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with a positive attitude and a willingness to grow and develop themselves in the role. You will have:

  • Experience working in a customer service/sales environment
  • High attention to detail and ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously
  • A strong customer focus with the ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently
  • A willingness to grow, learn, and develop yourself
  • Demonstrated computer competency using estimating software or similar
