Retail Operations Leader

As a Store Team Supervisor at Amart Furniture, you will oversee a dynamic team of 10 to 40 individuals, depending on the size of the store. This role is hands-on and requires you to coach and guide your team to ensure they deliver outstanding customer service consistently. You will manage team members across three essential areas: the dispatch section, the administrative office, and the sales floor.
Building strong relationships within your team is crucial, as you will need to tailor your training and mentoring approach to suit each individual's unique personality and skill set.
Leading by example is vital; you should be enthusiastic about creating an inclusive and positive workplace culture. Your innovative thinking will be encouraged as you bring fresh ideas to enhance the store's performance.
Continuous improvement will be your focus, utilizing data to interpret and deliver financial reports and metrics. You will ensure that the showroom and dispatch areas are always presentable, adhering to visual merchandising standards and maintaining overall tidiness. Supporting your team to achieve their best through coaching, training, and constructive feedback will be a key part of your role.
Safety is a top priority at Amart Furniture. As a Store Manager, you will champion safe working practices and contribute to the safety management system by identifying potential hazards and collaborating with the Safety Advisor to review safe work procedures. You will ensure that your team is well-trained in all relevant safety protocols and adheres to them consistently.
This position is not desk-bound; it requires a leader full of energy and enthusiasm who enjoys being actively involved in store operations.
