Solutions Engineer for Warehouse Automation in Asia Pacific

Are you a skilled professional looking to apply your technical expertise in warehouse automation?

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Engineer to join our team, focused on designing and implementing end-to-end warehouse automation solutions tailored to customer needs.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of warehouse management systems, data analysis, and process modeling, with experience working with customers throughout the entire automation journey.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and developing warehouse automation solutions using industry-leading technologies.
  • Performing data analysis and process modeling to validate solution feasibility and optimize existing workflows.
  • Collaborating closely with Sales, Solutions Design, and local Customer Success teams to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Robotics Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Solutions Design, Customer Success, or Project Management within warehouse automation, logistics, and/or supply chain.
  • Strong analytical skills, including data modeling, warehouse simulation, and operational analysis.
  • Knowledge of warehouse automation, robotics, fulfillment processes, and material flow optimization in e-commerce, retail, or third-party logistics.
  • Experience working with warehouse management systems (WMS) and integration into automation solutions.

This role is based in Sydney or Melbourne, Australia, supporting customers primarily in Australia, with occasional travel to New Zealand, Singapore, and Japan.
