Warehouse Automation Specialist

As a Warehouse Automation Specialist, you will be instrumental in driving efficiency and innovation within our warehousing operations. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize automated warehouse solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute comprehensive warehouse automation strategies that enhance productivity, streamline logistics, and reduce costs. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, designing and implementing process changes, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong technical expertise in warehouse management systems (WMS), transportation management systems (TMS), and warehouse control systems (WCS). Your experience in automating warehouse processes, particularly in high-volume retail environments, is essential. Additionally, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, along with relevant industry experience. Familiarity with lean principles, six sigma methodologies, and kanban techniques is desirable. Advanced Microsoft Office skills are necessary, as well as proven experience working with contracts and suppliers.
- Technical expertise in WMS, TMS, WCS, and advanced MS Office skills;
- Experience in automating warehouse processes, particularly in high-volume retail environments;
