About the Role:

As a seasoned professional in warehouse automation, you will be instrumental in driving success across the APAC region. This key role involves working closely with customers to deliver tailored solutions that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize operations.

With a focus on customer satisfaction, you will act as the primary point of contact throughout the entire automation journey – from pre-sales conceptualization to post-deployment optimization. Your expertise will ensure seamless system integration, efficient data analysis, and successful project execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop customized warehouse automation solutions that meet client needs and optimize workflows
  • Analyze data and perform process modeling to validate solution feasibility and demonstrate expected performance improvements
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate customer challenges into scalable automation concepts and drive solution adoption
  • Lead technical discussions with customers, providing clear insights into system capabilities, benefits, and deployment considerations
  • Coordinate and support project execution post-sale, ensuring successful deployments by working with internal teams across engineering, customer success, and operations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Robotics Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Solutions Design, Customer Success, or Project Management within warehouse automation, logistics, and/or supply chain
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data modeling, warehouse simulation, and operational analysis
  • Knowledge of warehouse automation, robotics, fulfillment processes, and material flow optimization
  • Experience working with warehouse management systems (WMS) and integration into automation solutions

Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
  • Proficient English written and verbal communications skills required to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams
  • Ability to travel to customer sites across the APAC region, with a primary focus on Australia and occasional travel to New Zealand, Singapore, and Japan
