  • Coordinate project execution post-sale, ensuring successful deployments by working with internal teams across engineering, customer success, and operations.">
  • Train and support customers on system functionality, best practices, and ongoing performance optimization.">
  • Continuously monitor customer performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and working with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements.">

  • Bachelor degree in Robotics Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.">
  • 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Solutions Design, Customer Success, or Project Management within warehouse automation, logistics, and/or supply chain.">
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data modeling, warehouse simulation, and operational analysis, including data interpretation, trend identification, and reporting.">
  • Knowledge of warehouse automation, robotics, fulfillment processes, and material flow optimization in e-commerce, retail, or third-party logistics.">
  • Experience working with warehouse management systems (WMS) and integration into automation solutions.">
  • Proficient English written and verbal communications skills required to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.">
