Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Client enquiry and correspondence management
  • File management, including opening and closing e-files
  • Preparing documents with attention to detail
  • Data entry and record maintenance
  • Monthly billing and invoicing coordination
  • Diary coordination for fee earners, with assistance for overflow work
