Your new role:

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing a variety of Airborne, Bathymetric, and Land-based Survey projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create comprehensive deliverables and implement spatial programs. This includes managing timelines, budgets, quality of outputs, client expectations, invoicing, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting scope meetings with clients to develop needs assessments and project definitions
  • Ensuring that deliverables and quality benchmarks are achieved in line with the established scope, timeline, and budget
  • Leading and supporting internal and client cross-functional teams
  • Formulating and executing corrective action plans when budgetary or scheduling discrepancies arise
  • Collaborating with senior management to address scheduling and budgetary challenges as they occur
  • Monitoring, managing, and forecasting key metrics, including Profit and Loss and Net Revenue
  • Providing regular updates and recommendations as necessary
  • Being accountable for the successful execution of assigned projects
