Key Responsibilities- Lead and Manage Survey Activities: Oversee all survey activities in the state to ensure a profitable and successful team that delivers exceptional service to all stakeholders.
- Business Development and Growth: Lead the business development and strategic growth of the state, identifying new opportunities and driving revenue growth.
- Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership to the Survey team, demonstrating effective communication, coordination, and cooperation skills.
- Team Performance: Lead the team to ensure performance objectives against forward projections and targets are monitored and met.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Business Acumen: Well-developed business acumen and financial management skills.
- Communication Skills: Well-developed communication skills with the ability to engage and influence with people from all walks of life.
- Time Management: Well-developed time management, prioritisation, and organisation capabilities for self and others.
- Technical Skills: Skilled with total stations, robotic stations, data controllers, and with GPS systems and methodologies.
- Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications are an advantage.
- Experience: Surveying experience of 10+ years is an advantage.
- Driver's License: Current Driver's License.
