Key Responsibilities:
* Support the project management team in the delivery of projects from initial establishment to closing out
* Ensure all tasks and milestones are captured and managed, and communicated to the project team and internal stakeholders
* Attend project coordination group meetings with the project manager
* Administer contracts, including reviewing budgets, undertaking variations, and preparing fee claims and reconciliations
* Support tender activities and compilation of documents
* Coordinate contractors' activities on-site, preparing work packs and scheduling activities
* Regularly update various consultants
* Perform general administrative duties related to the project, including WIP updates, filing, and folder updating
Requirements:
* Relevant tertiary qualification in construction management, civil engineering, property, or quantity surveying
* 1-4 years of project management, contracts administration, or project coordination experience, preferably in fit-outs and refurbishments
* Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Positive, proactive attitude with a passion for developing your career in a progressive organization
* Knowledge of SharePoint, MS Project, Excel, and Work and Procore experience is preferred
