Customer Service Representative

SIXT Australia is seeking a Casual Customer Experience Agent/Vehicle Detailer to join their team in Cairns Airport. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, identifying opportunities to increase sales, and ensuring all rental vehicles meet the company's presentation standards.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Communicating with customers face-to-face, over the phone, and via email;
- Opening and closing rental agreements;
- Selling additional over-the-counter rental products;
- Managing reservations and organizing the fleet;
- Ensuring vehicles are cleaned and presented to the correct standard;
- Inspecting and recording vehicle damage;
- Delivering vehicles between sites;
- Maintaining a clean and safe working area.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Flexibility to work during location trading hours, including school holidays, weekends, and public holidays;
- Exceptional customer service skills and/or experience;
- Enthusiasm and a drive to exceed targets;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong attention to detail and a good work ethic;
- Experience in vehicle detailing or cleaning (preferred but not essential);
- Current unrestricted Provisional or Full Driver's Licence;
- Full working rights in Australia.
